Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are single-use only and cannot be applied to multiple accounts.
• joye99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, joye99 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Promotional offers have a set expiry period; once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

VIP Program and Cashback

joye99's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP tier advancement is determined based on activity and regular participation on the platform. VIP benefits may be modified by joye99 at any time.

User Responsibilities and Obligations

Every user is required to fulfil the following responsibilities while using joye99:

• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and never share them with any third party.
• Notify joye99 immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Refrain from using fraudulent activity, bots, or automated software.
• Do not intentionally exploit any technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.

In the event of any violation of the above rules, joye99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior warning.
